The Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by FOOD & WINE is a national, star-studded, four-day destination event showcasing the talents of the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities. Hosted by Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida and Florida International University (FIU), the Festival benefits the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management’s Wine SpectatorRestaurant Management Laboratory and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center at FIU. To date, the Festival has raised more than $20 million for the School.
Join Chef Chiarello for an intimate evening on Florida’s most exclusive private island, Fisher Island. The evening unfolds at the Vanderbilt Mansion beginning with a pre-reception, tropical breezes and a view of Miami’s iconic skyline followed by Napa style, California cuisine prepared by Chiarello. The menu will be paired with an exceptional array of wines from Napa Valley’s Far Niente winery, and its sister properties including EnRoute, Nickel & Nickel and Dolce. Winery Proprietress Beth Nickel and Fisher Island’s executive chef, Stephane Caporal, will join this dinner alongside Chiarello.
