I'm just days away from opening my new restaurant, Bottega, in Yountville , and its a thrill to see it coming together.  The countdown to December 5th is real, so every day, dozens of decisions and finishing touches come together.  First things first, of course, is my kitchen finished and fully equipped?  Check!
