I am watching the current Top Chef masters as I type this and I’m livid!
I cannot believe the utter disrespect shown to you by Dale. My mom is a chef, and while, I haven’t been to culinary school, I’m a very good cook. I learned early on you NEVER speak to your Chef like that. It doesn’t matter if you feel “belittled” as Dale put it, he had no right to get in your face like that and I’m disappointed that someone from the show didn’t step in and have him replaced! He had the same bad attitude during the season he competed, he was constantly unprofessional, a hot head, throwing things, etc. I found him disappointing then, and even more disappointing now. Okay.. tirade over. I think you are an amazing chef, and I would love to raid your Meyer Lemon trees! I’m from Grass Valley, California, living in Seattle now and we never get good Meyer Lemons here. I’m planning a visit to California next month, and just realized I’ll be in Napa Valley and I’m SO excited to go visit Napa Style. Sincerely, Krys Rhodes |
