Chef,
You know that in a life time, you come across one of the best meal you ever ate only a couple of times. The meal that (almost) make you forget about Mum’s Blueberry Tarte or “Baekeoff” in my case.

The first time I had your braised ribs, was at Tra Vigne 13 years ago and it was one of these moments. The memories have been my mind all this time.

Luckily, I had the pleasure to visit Bottega a couple of weeks ago while in R&R in the Napa valley.

It was probably even better than I could remember…made the trip even more worth it….
