Bottega’s one year anniversary couldn’t come at a better time.  The week of December 7th marks our first full year of business, and its been a glorious one thanks to all of you who’ve visited and helped to create a great atmosphere of celebration!  It’s also the season of one of the worlds most exotic and beloved ingredients, the white truffle from Alba, in Italy.  So we’ve created a menu that is both dreamy and surreal, in celebration of Tartufo Biano, and will be serving both a 5-course tasting menu and ala carte all week long at Bottega.
