Did you know that October is National Pasta Month… and Italian Heritage Month? Apparently us Italians can’t get enough of our greatness this month! I’m kicking off the month on CBS EARLY SHOW on Monday, Oct 5, by showing you how to cook the perfect pasta (which means al dente, of course) every time. And for the month, show us your love by taking my little challenge. Try cooking 4 different unusual pastas and four sauces you’ve never made before and tell us about it on my facebook page .
